Isabela Novaes

Isabela has been training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with the Main Brothers since 2014, dedicating over a decade to the art and earning her Brown Belt in January 2025. As co-lead instructor of the Kids Jiu Jitsu program alongside her husband, Daniel, Isabela plays a vital role in its success and growth.  A proud martial arts family, both of Isabela's children have been training Jiu Jitsu from a very young age, and she is passionate about showing other families the unique benefits of training and sharing this journey together.  As one of Pure MMA's longest-tenured female practitioners, Isabela has been an integral part of the Women's program since its early days.
